Baker Hughes Company in Warszawa seeks an Electrical Design Engineer for power electronics to lead complex electronics development for downhole tools operating in extreme environments. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team and own the full design lifecycle.
You will design circuits, develop motor drives and high-power switching supplies, simulate with Matlab/Simulink, validate hardware, and contribute to documentation and design reviews. Strong English is essential.

Take ownership by leading complex projects As an electrical engineer, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and work closely with project managers. You will be responsible for developing complex electronic circuits designed for use in downhole drilling tools under extreme environmental conditions. In this role, you will strengthen our power and pulser team by developing advanced motor drives and high‑power‑density switching power supplies for high‑temperature downhole applications. Your responsibilities will span the entire life cycle of electronic design, including requirement specification, architecture design, simulation, implementation, verification & validation, and documentation.

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 146,000 To 270,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
