Electrical Commissioning Engineer / Inżynier Elektryk - Worldwide Projects

Location: Poland (Wroclaw, Poznan, Łódź, Katowice)

A Snapshot of Your Day: You will represent the Electrical Commissioning Group on worldwide project assignments, commissioning Siemens Energy's scope on large-scale projects such as power plants, grid stabilizing systems, and energy storage systems, contributing to the energy transition. You will commission components or systems and ensure quality in a multinational team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Hands-on commissioning of electrical components such as transformers, high/low voltage and DC systems, protection systems, frequency converters, and excitation equipment.
  • Conducting tests on electrical protection and control systems, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Commissioning electrical control systems with associated HMI.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc or MSc) or similar, with a focus on power engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Electrical skills according to EN 50110.
  • Preferably 3-5 years experience in commissioning high voltage/low voltage/DC systems or electrical protection systems (e.g., SIPROTEC).
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
  • Driving license class B (Germany).
  • Flexibility and willingness to participate in international assignments (2-12 months).
