Job summary

EUMOTORS is an engineering company in Kraków specializing in the design and in-house production of BLDC motors. We seek an Electrical & Automation Technician to join our team in Kraków and support the development of our automation systems.

The role focuses on end-to-end assembly, maintenance of production lines, troubleshooting, and improving technical documentation. On-site employment with opportunities to contribute to upgrades and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electrotechnics or related field.
• SEP up to 1 kV qualification; higher voltage qualifications advantageous.
• Experience as Electrician or Automation Technician in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams; understanding of industrial sensors.
• Experience assembling control cabinets and automation systems.
• Ability to work independently with team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end assembly: building control cabinets and electrical/mechanical assembly of robotic workstations.
• Maintenance: ensuring electrical reliability of machines and production lines.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics: identifying and resolving electrical faults with documentation.
• Technical documentation: reading diagrams and updating documentation.
• Upgrades and commissioning: participating in new machines deployment and line modifications.
• Preventive maintenance: inspecting control equipment, sensors and instrumentation.

Job description

We are looking for an Electrical & Automation Technician to join our team in Kraków and support the development of our automation systems.

Employment type: Full-time

Work location: On-site in Kraków

Contract type: Employment contract or contract of mandate

Responsibilities

• End-to-end assembly: building control cabinets from scratch and carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly of robotic workstations
• Maintenance: ensuring the electrical reliability and proper operation of machines and production lines
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics: efficiently identifying and resolving electrical faults, including accurate documentation and reporting
• Technical documentation: reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams, introducing corrections, and improving existing technical documentation
• Upgrades and commissioning: actively participating in the implementation and commissioning of new machines, as well as modifications and upgrades of existing production lines
• Preventive maintenance: inspecting the technical condition of control equipment, sensors, and measurement and instrumentation devices

Requirements

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electrotechnics, or a related field
• Valid SEP electrical qualification certificate up to 1 kV; higher voltage qualifications or electrical measurement certification will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience working as an Electrician or Automation Technician in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams, with a good understanding of industrial sensors
• Experience in assembling control cabinets and automation systems
• Ability to work independently, strong sense of responsibility, good organisational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
