Job Description:

We are looking for Environment health and safety specialist to join our team!

How you’ll make your mark:

Implement and manage all EHS program and ensure legal compliance by:

  • Managing all safety trainings and ensure 0 untrained employees.
  • Organizing ERT and First Aid training on time.
  • Managing the internal safety audit and ensure that all non-conformances are closed on time.
  • Ensuring that quality control procedures are established to monitor all aspects of regulations and standards.
  • Assisting the HPE organization with implementation of the EHS management system.
  • Communicating with and provide necessary reports to local or Country agencies in cooperation with local EHS services provider.
  • Providing a technical knowledge base and consultative support to all businesses and functions.
  • Hybrid – ergonomic support: providing guidance and consultancy to hybrid TMs to ensure the correct setup at the edge workspaces and avoid ergonomic injuries and discomfort
About you:
  • First level university degree in related science field recommended.
  • Typically 3-6 years of experience in a related field recommended.
  • Deep knowledge of legislation and the company regulations governing a state, province, country, or sub- region.
  • Strong technical abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Good ability to operate in high stress environments.
