Talan is seeking an experienced eFront Tech Lead to drive the integration of eFront with core banking systems and data platforms within a complex financial services environment. You will design, implement, and guide the team on data feeds, ETL processes, and interfaces, ensuring performance, data quality, and reliability across production deployments.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with eFront Invest is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong SQL skills, ideally with SQL Server or Oracle.
• Solid experience with ETL processes and system integrations, including APIs, flat files and data feeds.
• Knowledge of the eFront Data Warehouse and Calc Engine.
• Understanding of private markets and fund administration.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced eFront Tech Lead to join a long-term project focused on integrating eFront, a leading platform for alternative investments, with core banking systems and data platforms.

The project covers alternative investment areas such as Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt, offering the opportunity to work on complex integrations within a financial services environment.

As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical design and delivery of eFront integrations, making key technical decisions, guiding developers and ensuring high standards of performance, data quality and system reliability.

What Will You Do?

Lead the technical design and implementation of eFront integrations, including data feeds, ETL processes and interfaces with core banking systems and data warehouses.

Make key technical decisions and define development standards, coding best practices and code review processes.

Guide and mentor developers, working closely with Business Analysts and client stakeholders.

Ensure the performance, data quality and stability of integrations in production.

Plan and estimate development activities and contribute to release planning.

Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve integration processes and system performance.

Qualifications

What Are We Looking For?

Hands-on experience with eFront Invest is mandatory, including configuration, FrontScript and integrations.

At least 7 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.

Strong SQL skills, ideally with SQL Server or Oracle.

Solid experience with ETL processes and system integrations, including APIs, flat files and data feeds.

Knowledge of the eFront Data Warehouse and Calculation Engine (Calc Engine).

Understanding of private markets and fund administration.

Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
