Job summary

Talan is seeking an E-Front Senior Business Analyst for a long-term Private Capital project. Hybrid setup with bases in Warsaw; role focuses on requirements gathering, functional design of eFront solutions and their integrations with core systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as IT/Functional Analysts in financial services and strong Private Equity/Real Estate knowledge, including fund administration and capital calls/distributions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest).
• 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity/Real Estate, fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls and distributions.
• Nice to have: eFront Data Warehouse, eFront reporting, UCITS/FA/TA/custody, Agile (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams and the vendor.
• Own the functional design of eFront solutions and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
• Document changes, define acceptance criteria, and perform impact/cost analyses.
• Prepare test plans and test data, and coordinate UAT.

About the project: Long-term programme for a Top Tier Banking client focused on the use and integration of eFront (BlackRock), the leading platform for alternative investments (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt), with the client’s core systems.

What you will do

Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams and the vendor, translating them into functional specifications.

Own the functional design of eFront solutions and their integrations with upstream/downstream systems.

Document changes, define acceptance criteria, and perform impact and cost-benefit analyses.

Prepare test plans and test data, and coordinate UAT.

Support the investigation and root-cause analysis of production issues.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Mandatory:

Proven hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest).

5+ years as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in financial services.

Strong knowledge of Private Equity / Real Estate, fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls and distributions.

Nice to have:

eFront Data Warehouse, eFront reporting, UCITS / FA / TA / custody, Agile (Jira, Confluence).
