NRF (Nederlandse Radiateuren Fabriek) is seeking an EDI Specialist to manage, develop, and maintain electronic data exchange integrations across ERP, webshop platforms, and external partners. The role focuses on reliable, scalable flows for orders, pricing, stock, delivery, and invoicing across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills – daily cooperation with NRF customers and internal departments.
• Strong analytical skills and business understanding, translating needs to technical requirements.
• Experience onboarding external partners (suppliers and customers) into integration systems.
• Proven background in ERP integration (AX 2012 or D365 Finance & Operations).
• Experience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms (Adobe Commerce / Magento).
• Hands-on in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Exposure to logistics or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Join Business Consultant Team, responsible for NRF's ERP system and related applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF and external partners.
• Support integration of webshop solutions, including NRF Webshop and customer platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Product Management and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare functional design documents with developers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOICE).
• Onboard new suppliers and customers into EDI/API solutions.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP, webshop and external systems.
• Manage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations.
• Monitor flows and resolve data exchange issues proactively.
• Document integration workflows, mappings, and technical specifications.
• Support post-order processes including delivery, invoicing and RMA flows.

Job description

EDI Specialist at NRF is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining electronic data exchange integrations between internal systems (ERP, "Webshop platforms") and external business partners, including suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers.

This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and standardized integration flows that support order management, pricing, stock synchronization, delivery processes, and invoicing across multiple markets and partner systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join Business Consultant Team, responsible for NRF's ERP system and all applications resolving around it
• Design, implement, and maintain EDI and API integrations between NRF systems and external business partners
• Support integration of webshop solutions, including NRF Webshop and customer platforms
• Collaborate closely with IT, Product Management and Customer Service Teams
• Prepare functional design documents in close collaboration with developer's team
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI message flows (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOICE)
• Manage onboarding of new suppliers and customers into EDI/API solutions
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ERP, webshop and external systems
• Manage and support Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform integrations
• Monitor integration flows and proactively resolve data exchange issues

• Experience supporting eCommerce / webshop platforms (preferably Adobe Commerce / Magento)
• Hands-on involvement in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments (strong plus)

Skills (Technical):

• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and formats (EDIFACT, XML, JSON)
• Experience with API integrations (REST, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON)
• Good understanding of ERP integration flows, especially Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes (AX 2012 / D365)
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation between multiple systems
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols such as SFTP and FTP
