For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Spanish & English) - hybrid mode

Duties:

Manage supply chain tasks in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, quote creation, export control, material sales, material substitution, return orders, delivery dates, missing parts, and dispute resolution

Work closely with Front Office/focal points for clarifications and updates

Optimize stock levels in SAP

Document processes and best practices

Attend and participate in team and customer meetings

Communicate with suppliers and clients daily

Meet business targets and SLAs

Ensure process efficiency and high quality

Identify areas for process improvement

Requirements:

Experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations

Willingness to engage with clients (via phone/email) and a proactive approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others

Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage ad-hoc assignments

Additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus

Language proficiency: Spanish - C1, English - minimum B2

SAP knowledge is a nice-to-have
