Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure optimisation of warehouse activities at our outsourced logistics partners locations
  • Acting as the key logistics contact for internal customersand external customers
  • Liaise with customer service to ensure prompt delivery and communication of accurate progress reports to the customer
  • Plan and organise Intraco and export shipments
  • Manage the documents necessary for the smooth running of receptions and despatches
  • Organise the transport of goods on national or international territory
  • Prepare all necessary documents for export orders (Incoterms)
  • Ensure the organisation and daily management of the service provider
  • Implement the continuous improvement and review of practices and procedures
  • Collaborate with the European Transport Group (local and European contacts)
  • Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems
  • Review and discuss contract with 3rd party logistic supplier
Job Requirements
  • Master degree in logistics and/or transportation
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Experience of proactive transport management
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Travels might be required
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • High attention to details
  • Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
  • Good proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to respond positively and proactively to change
  • Experience on ERP systems, preferable SAP
