Job description

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and implementing new IT solutions that ensure integration, performance, security, and compliance within our HR systems. You will be instrumental in supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing our SuccessFactors Employee Central solution.

You’ll be part of the People ART team, working closely with highly skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) resources on IT solutions including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and other HR applications. We value collaboration and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing end-to-end HR solutions that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite
  • Ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
  • Supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing the Employee Central solution
  • Identifying opportunities to advance our HR digitalization journey
  • Translating HR/Business requirements to IT and implementation partners, building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Advising on best practices and supporting HR to ensure smooth updates and transitions

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Possess solid technical understanding and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR IT applications
  • Have experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SuccessFactors EC
  • Be knowledgeable about data replication and migration between SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC, and other systems
  • Be capable of diagnosing and resolving Employee Central issues
  • Have a business-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for how IT can enable Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Be service-minded and adaptable to end-user needs
