Your Responsibilities:

You will be part of an international team developing products and services from concept to operations, working closely with Service Centers to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Design subsea equipment for the oil & gas industry from concept through manufacturing and provide life-of-field support.
  • Design products according to specifications and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate within the Value Stream Engineering team, project teams, Service Sites, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Manage product documentation for procurement, fabrication, and testing, including:

▸ 3D models, drawings, and layouts of components, assemblies, and systems,

▸ Verification of design via classical analysis techniques and/or FEA,

  • Perform Product Design Reviews and Risk Assessments.
  • Deliver designs that meet requirements within baseline dates and budgets.
  • Participate in technical meetings with Product Groups, Operations, Service Sites, Suppliers, and Customers.
  • Define assembly, disassembly, and test requirements.
Qualifications:
  • BA/MA in Engineering (preferably Mechanics, Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design & Development.
  • Desire to work in a multicultural and multifunctional team.
  • Strong communication skills for discussing design aspects and leading reviews.
  • Proactive, task-oriented, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work in challenging environments, with problem-solving skills and accountability.
  • Experience with CAD software (modeling, drawings, assemblies, GD&T).
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
