The International Trilingual School of Warsaw is recruiting an Early Years Teacher (1-5 years) and an Early Years Academic Supervisor Deputy starting October 2026. The role blends classroom teaching with pastoral duties in a multilingual Polish-French curriculum environment.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, engaging with parents, and collaborating with a team of teachers to support young learners’ development and wellbeing.

Formación

• Native English is required.
• Experience in multilingual and multicurricular settings is an asset.
• Early Years certification is required.
• Experience leading pastoral and wellbeing processes in Early Years.

Responsabilidades

• Teach the curriculum across four main fields: literacy, numeracy, science (projects), social and emotional skills.
• Maintain communication with the parents of the assigned grade.
• Cooperate with teachers in Polish and French on curriculum standards.
• Plan lessons and sequences to meet individual learning needs and ensure progression.
• Ensure a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.

The Main Role Of The Teacher Is To

The main role of the Academic Supervisor Deputy is to:

• Support the Early Years Academic Supervisor in all pastoral questions in the campus


• Lead and Supervise the Communication with Parents in the pastorla questions


• Support the Early Years Academic Supervisor in preparation and check of the school newsletters

Teaching

• Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet students’ individual learning needs and to ensure students’ progression.


• Using a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management.


• Used flexible groupings and structured inquiry to deliver high-quality lessons in line with our curriculum.


• Maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.


• Using information about prior attainment to set expectations for students.


• Using a range of assessment and reporting methods that show student’s achievement about learning outcomes.


• Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers.


• Maintain up-to-date communication aiming to engage parents in their child’s life and cooperate with them on the development of crucial life educational skills

Wider Professional Roles

• Planning and engaging in professional learning activities that support school and systematic priorities.


• Lead and support the structure of wellbeing and pastoral communication structure


• Taking responsibility for their professional development and using the outcomes to improve teaching and students’ learning.


• Making an active contribution to the policies and aspirations of the school.


• Ensure administration of classroom procedures is completed efficiently.


• Collaborating with members of the school community to build a team environment that supports students’ learning.

Requirements

• Native English speaker


• Good command of other languages is an asset


• Experience working in a multilingual and multicurricular setting is an asset


• Early Years certification required


• Experience in leadeing pastoral and well being processes in Early Years setting


• Passionate about education for 1-5 year olds
