Join us in this role where you’ll oversee the collective architecture discipline within the Production infrastructure delivery organisation, through a continuously updated architectural runway and relevant architectural artefacts ensuring that these are communicated, understood, and made available. Through your technical leadership, you’re accountable for the current and future technology stack. You’ll also operate in a global matrix organisation across cultures and time zones, driving a team of infrastructure architects and role-modeling for architects and technical teams to ensure consistency in quality and forward-looking prospects.

You’ll be part of the Production IT Infrastructure Product Line, providing leadership alongside the Release Train Engineer and Product Manager. The community includes over 100 architects working with the business in an agile delivery environment. Our focus is on infrastructure products like Network, Compute, Active Directory, Remote Access, and others, ensuring cohesion and a platform for mutual knowledge sharing.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the architecture discipline within Production IT, maintaining an architectural runway and artefacts that are communicated effectively.
2. Prioritizing epic features and enablers, planning ceremonies, and managing resources and budgets.
3. Collaborating with product owners, enterprise, application, security, and infrastructure architects to integrate company-wide architectures and address challenges.

To succeed, you should have:

1. Extensive experience in developing architectures and guidelines for infrastructure technologies in Production IT, both on cloud and on-premises.
2. Proven leadership experience managing programs, teams, or large initiatives.
3. A methodical, strategic approach and strong communication skills.
4. Ability to leverage team strengths through cross-team collaboration.
5. Familiarity with Agile, SAFE, DevOps, Application Lifecycle Management, and proficiency with SCADA systems.
