Are you passionate about data visualization and eager to build your skills in one of the most popular BI tools? Join our EDA Team at Amer Sports Global Business Services as a Power BI Trainee and gain practical experience with interactive dashboards and data storytelling that drive decision-making across the business.

As a Power BI Intern, you’ll support users, enhance reports, and help maintain a high standard of data quality across the reporting environment.

What you will be doing:

• Report Enhancement: Improve existing Power BI reports by adding visuals, filters, and interactivity to enhance the user experience.
• Data Cleaning & Transformation: Use Power Query to clean, prepare, and transform raw data for reporting and analysis.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Monitor dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user feedback to ensure seamless performance.
• Documentation: Create clear user guides and process documentation, including development best practices and troubleshooting steps.
• User Support: Assist with user inquiries and provide basic training on navigating and using Power BI dashboards effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and conduct testing after updates or changes to ensure consistent, reliable results.

What you need to succeed:

• University student or graduate in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Finance, or a related field.
• Interest in data visualization and BI solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of Excel and data handling concepts.
• Curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Basic experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other analytics tools is a plus.
