Job description

Design, specification, implementation of software features according to defined requirements.

Be an active team member within development team with the attitude to develop high quality products.

Follow all defined way of working, and coding standards and procedures.

Cooperate within local and international teams (including technical and project management).

Bug troubleshooting and fixing in cooperation with Quality Assurance (internal/external customers).

Refactor and optimize existing code.

Act as a technical advisor for development and service, maintaining a high level of product and solution knowledge.

Provide development support during the lifecycle of complex modules, products, and solutions. Responsible for development of new versions and updates.

Evaluate technical trends, suggest innovative product ideas, processes, and solutions within the area of responsibility. Use new technologies and methods actively to develop highly competitive products.

Provide and support technical documentation on realized modules/products following internal standards.

Provide maintenance support, including problem solving, for own modules and components when necessary.

Guide less experienced team members and recommend practice improvements.
