We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Sales Business Development Specialist. If you have experience in marketing and sales, a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to create effective marketing strategies, this role is perfect for you!

Developing and implementing marketing strategiesfor e-commerce products.

Collaborating on the creation of marketing content and advertising campaigns.

Driving sales growthon e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Utilizing basic knowledge of AI in e-commerce (e.g. Descrb platform )

Integrating e-commerce systemsusing APIs.

Negotiating with clients and business partnersto build strong relationships.

Collaborating with other departmentsto achieve shared business goals.

Identifying new sales opportunitieswithin existing and potential markets.

Conducting market researchto understand customer needs and competitor offerings.

Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentationsto clients.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Building and maintaining long-term relationshipswith clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Tracking and reporting on sales performanceagainst targets.

Collaborating closely with marketing teamsto ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.

what you need to succeed in this role

At least 2 years in sales and marketing (preferably in e-commerce).

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to create engaging marketing content.

Basic understanding of AI applications in e-commerce.

Basic understanding of APIs and their use in system integration.

Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work from our office in a hybrid mode - e.g. 1/2 day per week
