Job description

Location: Torun (Poland)

Language: Native Polish and English proficiency.

Support Days: 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Support on some Saturdays may be optional.

Site Presence: Regular on-site presence is required initially.

Travel: May be required as part of the job.

Duration: 1 year

Budget: 3300 EUR gross per month

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead, coordinate, and manage scheduled factory projects.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, partnering with factory operations.
3. Conduct regular sessions with factory leadership to set priorities and align objectives.
4. Manage local IT vendors and contractors, monitor service fulfillment.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for IT Severity 1 incidents, coordinating efforts to ensure business continuity.
6. Maintain onsite operations coverage for DT factory resources.
7. Implement and review security measures for DT systems in line with company policies, addressing cybersecurity compliance issues.
8. Draft documentation and periodic reports on systems, applications, projects, and activities.
