What will you do as a Process Engineer (Refinery Department) in Kruszwica?

• Monitor all technological lines to ensure their nominal performance while maintaining product quality based on DPR, refinery and hardening operator reports, and SAP reports.
• Prepare technological processes in the refinery to achieve expected efficiency and implement production plans.
• Perform duties of the Refinery Manager during their absence.
• Supervise technical and system documentation at the refinery.
• Implement technological process improvements.
• Prepare reports.
• Collaborate directly with other departments.
• Prepare investment plans for the refinery.
• Update process documentation, job instructions, and risk assessments.
• Supervise the operation of the finished products warehouse.

What do we expect from our future Process Engineer?

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills, strategic thinking, flexibility.
