Qualifications

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in Geschäftsprojekten.

Job description

Docplanner builds practice management software for the healthcare sector in the SaaS model. We help doctors and clinics digitize their practices and deliver exceptional patient experiences. We also run marketplace websites that allow 100 million patients monthly to find the right doctor and book appointments easily.

As a Growth Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects within our organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates and feedback.

Your first assignment will be managing our Payments Project, a strategic development area where we aim to enhance our payments products for existing and new customers. This project is expected to last several months. After transitioning the project outcomes to business-as-usual, you will oversee other growth initiatives, which may or may not relate to payments but will significantly contribute to business growth.

Job Description

As a Growth Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Payments Project in Poland across all business aspects: marketing, pricing, sales, onboarding, farming, churn prevention, tech/product processes, and reporting. You will work closely with execution units in these areas,
  • Defining value propositions, target groups, and product packaging,
  • Identifying, implementing, and improving ways to successfully sell and deliver value to our customers: individual doctors, clinics, and soon, patients,
  • Overseeing payments solutions across our two main platforms - ZnanyLekarz.pl (marketplace) and MyDr EDM (practice management software),
  • Analyzing key metrics to identify improvement opportunities,
  • Maintaining direct contact with customers and sales teams to understand their key needs,
  • Managing all payment-related processes in Poland and overseeing payments budgets,
  • Collaborating with teams in countries like Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain, and globally to share best practices and learnings.

Role is hybrid, based in Warsaw.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of project management experience, especially managing business projects,
  • Experience with payment solutions in B2B, B2B2C, or B2C environments, with sales and/or marketing experience a plus,
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques,
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to stakeholders,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with quick issue resolution ability,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Advanced Excel skills,
  • Fluency in Polish and English,
  • Growth mindset: willingness to learn is highly valued, even if not all criteria are met.
