Job Title: Senior Product Delivery Manager

We’re a global, remote-first software house on a mission to help companies build and improve their digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. The Senior Product Delivery Manager oversees the full lifecycle of IT products and ensures that deadlines for each milestone are met. They manage all of the cross-functional work required to deliver a complete product experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our growing team of tech-minded and talented professionals.

• Work with clients from all over the world
• Manage development of IT products
• Lead the process of Product Discovery, having a real impact on it
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of the product development teams
• Keep information on the progress of work up-to-date and report to the client
• Manage the budget
• Implement high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ business needs
• Solve everyday challenges, share your knowledge and experiences with the team
• Fluent and confident command of English
• 5+ years of relevant experience in independent IT product/project management
• Experience working in an Agile and traditional team environment (methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, PMI) — we adapt the methodology to the project
• Ability to understand client needs and proactively assist in finding the right solution
• Experience conducting Product Discovery workshops with clients
• Proven track record in managing schedule, risk, budget, and scope successfully
• Knowledge of good engineering practices in creating web applications
• Interest in new technologies
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, AgilePM, Prince2, or PMI
• Experience as a mentor or subject matter expert
• Expertise in implementing eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify)
