Sustainability Manager

Your Mission
As a Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategy in the areas of social responsibility and environmental protection. You will ensure that the company’s operations align with best practices in sustainable development, minimize negative environmental impacts, promote ethical and responsible business conduct, and at the same time, generate added value for stakeholders and local communities.
Your mission will be to support the long-term, sustainable growth of the company by integrating business goals with care for the planet and people, shaping a positive brand image and ensuring sustainable growth along with the achievement of ambitious targets both environmental and social.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and monitoring the implementation of the sustainability strategy in alignment with the goals of Asahi Group and Kompania Piwowarska

  • Supporting all departments in integrating sustainability into their operations in line with Kompania Piwowarska’s strategy and goals

  • Designing, adapting for relevant internal stakeholders, and monthly tracking of the company’s annual sustainability scorecard

  • Initiating and coordinating cross-departmental projects such as water protection programs, employee volunteering, and diversity & inclusion initiatives

  • Preparing and communicating annual sustainability reports, and supporting Asahi Europe & International in sustainability reporting in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), including double materiality assessments

  • Building partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders to implement projects aligned with the company’s ESG policy

  • Representing Kompania Piwowarska on external platforms, at conferences, and in client interactions in the area of sustainability

  • Ensuring effective monitoring of strategic sustainability project progress, including delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability or CSR, with at least 3 years in project management

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to integrate sustainability objectives with the company’s business goals

  • Experience in creating and implementing comprehensive, cross-functional plans involving multiple stakeholders

  • Fluency in English

  • Category B driving license
