Supply Chain Compliance Specialist (5/702)

PROJECT

Join our team and help us manage our supply chain compliance programs. Your work will ensure that we meet legal, regulatory, and customer requirements while advancing sustainability and ethical practices in our supply chain.

YOU WILL
  • Support legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements (e.g., Conflict Minerals, UFLPA),
  • Implement supply chain compliance policies and standards,
  • Engage with suppliers and category teams to assess and mitigate ESG risks,
  • Utilize and improve ESG risk assessment tools; analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports and communication materials for stakeholders,
  • Work independently on assigned tasks and proactive initiatives within ESG programs.
MUST HAVE
  • University degree (preferably in Business or a related field),
  • Experience in supply chain management, ideally with a focus on compliance (human rights, environmental topics),
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into actions,
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities,
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven approach,
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems,
  • Experience in a multinational environment and matrixed organization,
  • Fluent English (spoken and written),
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work across teams,
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters, conditional formatting, charts) and PowerPoint.
