Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and internal processes
  • Fluency in Slovenian and good command of English
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous
