For our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of HR Administrator with German.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Understanding of Employee Services (ES) and HR policies and processes
- Proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems
- Service-oriented mindset
- Ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication
- Proficiency in English and German (B2/C1)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Managing physical documents and preparing non-standard ad-hoc documents related to employee hiring, exit, and contractual changes
- Handling new hire contracts, conversions, or extensions
- Drafting notification letters and contract amendments for salary increases, promotions, location changes, reassignments, leaves, terminations, and other employee data updates
- Managing benefits, including assigning employees to benefit schemes based on eligibility
- Collecting required signatures
- Managing and reviewing leave requests and supporting documentation
- Handling misconduct and discipline cases
- Managing overtime and undertime records and supporting documentation for time and attendance
- Consolidating time records for payroll processing
- Ensuring data accuracy in HR and payroll systems
- Participating in process improvement projects and system upgrades
- Supporting audits by providing necessary evidence and answering process-related questions
