For our client, a global leader in the FMCG industry with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of HR Administrator with German.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of Employee Services (ES) and HR policies and processes
  • Proficiency with Employee Services (ES) systems
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication
  • Proficiency in English and German (B2/C1)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Managing physical documents and preparing non-standard ad-hoc documents related to employee hiring, exit, and contractual changes
  • Handling new hire contracts, conversions, or extensions
  • Drafting notification letters and contract amendments for salary increases, promotions, location changes, reassignments, leaves, terminations, and other employee data updates
  • Managing benefits, including assigning employees to benefit schemes based on eligibility
  • Collecting required signatures
  • Managing and reviewing leave requests and supporting documentation
  • Handling misconduct and discipline cases
  • Managing overtime and undertime records and supporting documentation for time and attendance
  • Consolidating time records for payroll processing
  • Ensuring data accuracy in HR and payroll systems
  • Participating in process improvement projects and system upgrades
  • Supporting audits by providing necessary evidence and answering process-related questions
