Senior Database Support Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Database Support Specialist to enhance support and stability of large-scale database environments. The role involves close collaboration with internal engineering teams and external partners to improve incident response, optimize resource usage, and support IT operations and development.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience managing at least a few hundred MS SQL and Azure Cosmos databases.
  • Skilled in daily DBA management, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, responding to incidents, restoring services quickly, and providing technical consultation to other units.
  • Proficient in planning and controlling IT operations, such as defining, creating, and following standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies from Engineering and Cybersecurity, patching, upgrading, hardening, and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written at C1 level.
  • Experience working for a financial institution is a plus.
