This is a brand-new role, created as part of a global scope expansion — giving you the opportunity to shape how we deliver digital excellence across multiple regions.

You will work closely with a major global client, conducting audits, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring consistency across local market websites and third-party e-commerce platforms. You’ll be supported by subject-matter experts across our global team, while acting as the key point of contact for your portfolio of markets.

If you thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, love turning insights into action, and enjoy working across a diverse, global stakeholder network, this role is for you.

This position is fully remote and can be based in Spain, Poland, Italy, or France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct website audits across local markets to evaluate alignment with global brand guidelines and UX best practices, tracking compliance over time.
  • Review third-party e-commerce platforms to assess brand presentation, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate adoption of e-commerce elements, including visual identity, messaging, tone of voice, content accuracy, and asset usage.
  • Document insights and findings in clear, visually compelling audit reports tailored for global and local market audiences.
  • Leverage analytics and available data (incl. GA4) to validate findings, enrich recommendations, and highlight best practices.
  • Create clear, actionable recommendations for individual markets to support ongoing digital optimisation.
  • Stay informed on digital and UX best practices, emerging trends, tools, and standards to enhance the quality and efficiency of audits.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating with a global team of specialists to deliver high-quality work.

  • Proficiency with GA4 and the ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working across international markets
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to create clear, visually impactful slide decks
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends
  • Social media experience (advantageous)
  • Experience in restricted product categories (e.g., tobacco) is an asset
  • Previous marketing or digital agency experience beneficial
  • Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and work logically through complex tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-quality work
