Job summary

Brenntag seeks a Junior P2P Analyst Accounts Payable with Dutch language skills in Łódź. You will ensure timely AP processes and support the Procure-to-Pay function, contributing to operational excellence and strong internal/external partnerships.

Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, with flexible start times. This role emphasizes detail orientation, process improvement, and collaboration across teams, while working in a transition environment where migration experience is a plus and English/Dutch

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in P2P AP.
• Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Transition experience would be an asset.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent ERP tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and in Dutch (min. B Level).
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, outsourcing, or similar environment is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
• Process invoices accurately and within agreed service levels and KPIs.
• Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes promptly, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with KPIs and company policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to maintain professional relationships and resolve queries.
• Identify recurring issues or risks and propose improvement opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
