Job summary

Yadimen Consultancy Ltd is seeking a techno-functional consultant to support and evolve a major bank lending platform built on FIS ALS, currently undergoing mainframe modernization. You will translate business needs into specifications for mainframe developers and verify changes against expected outcomes.

This hands-on role sits with the ALS development team. It requires senior expertise in lending operations and mainframe technologies, with a focus on end-to-end validation and production

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on FIS ALS experience required.
8+ years in mortgage or consumer lending (loan servicing, escrow, default management).
Experience delivering regulatory/compliance-driven lending changes.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Run workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
Analyse current- and future-state lending processes.
Produce BRDs, FRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Hands-on FIS ALS experience
