Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a D365FO/AX Functional Support Consultant to join the RFIT team. You will bridge business needs with technology, configuring modules and supporting finance processes across Eurofins entities in a global ERP landscape.

The role emphasizes training, testing, data migration, and collaboration with IT delivery teams. Travel may be required for critical projects, with remote working options available.

Qualifications

• AX/D365FO experience in functional, business support, or finance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes such as P2P, O2C and R2R.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and supporting system enhancements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure and test AX/D365FO modules; identify gaps using strong process knowledge.
• Provide day-to-day functional and process support to AX/D365FO users across the Eurofins network.
• Analyze and document problems, incidents and change requests with Process Owners and IT analysts.
• Collaborate with Global IT teams to ensure high-quality solutions and delivery.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for business users across Eurofins network.
• Design and execute test plans and end-to-end scenarios; lead local UAT with Release Manager.
