Job summary

b2bnetwork seeks a senior IT risk & compliance professional to support a new project. You will apply DORA regulatory knowledge and drive resilience initiatives for financial entities, focusing on continuity and IT service continuity.

You will lead workshops with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, assess regulatory gaps, and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in risk management and IT compliance.
• DORA knowledge is required.
• Senior IT skills and experience in financial/regulatory context.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

New project resources must have:

• DORA subject matter knowledge, including the DORA main regulation and the regulatory technical standards with requirements that are actionable for financial entities.
• Knowledge and experience implementing key business continuity and crisis management and IT service continuity management concepts, requirements and/or broader work experience in operational resilience.
• Prior work experience from financial entities or within the banking sector
• Prior work experience on performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ability to independently lead and co-ordinate workshops with cross functional teams and stakeholders or various seniority.

Must-have knowledge and experience

Between 5-10 years experience, Risk Management, IT Compliance, DORA, Senior IT skills.
