This leader will take ownership of our product team’s rhythms, elevate execution, and expand capacity so we can move faster, make better decisions, and take on the new opportunities ahead of us.

This role is about more than running product operations, it’s about building a high-performing product team that can own decisions end-to-end, drive customer impact, and partner across the business to deliver on our strategic vision.

At our stage, the impact of product leadership is exponential. You'll have the chance to shape a product that's redefining how healthcare technology connects, build and scale a product team during a critical inflection point, partner with a passionate leadership team and customers who care deeply about our mission, and work directly with the CPO to define the future of our product organization and establish best practices that will scale with our growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead + Scale the Product Team: Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, building a culture of accountability, autonomy, and customer obsession.
  • Build Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with CPO to define and communicate long-term product strategy across the organization.
  • Drive the Roadmap: Own the customer-facing roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market opportunities.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Partnership & Alignments: Work closely with GTM teams on launches, pricing, packaging, and partnerships.
  • Bring Product Horsepower: Step into complex challenges to close critical gaps in leadership bandwidth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of software product management experience, including 5+ years of people management.
  • Experience in healthcare, interoperability, or complex ecosystem product management is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in establishing strong team processes and operational rhythms.
  • Highly skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity.
  • Strong communication, both written and oral.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.

Software Platform/Tools

  • Required: Jira/Atlassian, Figma, Pendo.
  • Preferred: Lovable, Replit or equivalent.

The base salary range for this position is $205,000 - $235,000 per year.

  • 100% remote first culture (must be based in the US).
  • Unlimited Flexible Time Off.
  • 15+ Observed Holidays.
  • Rest & R^Charge days (guaranteed a 3-day weekend each month).
  • R^Charge (6 weeks paid sabbatical + stipend).
  • 401k match 50% for up to 8% on Day 1.
  • Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits on Day 1.
  • HSA & FSA, Life, Disability, Medical Travel & Employee Assistance Program.
  • Paid Parental Leave (16 weeks).
