A healthcare technology company is seeking a Director of Product to lead and scale their product team. This role involves developing product strategy, managing a team, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of software product management experience, including leadership roles, preferably in healthcare. This position offers a remote setup and a competitive salary range of $205,000 - $235,000 annually.

Opportunity & Impact
We’re looking for a Director of Product to help scale our product organization through our next phase of growth. This leader will take ownership of our product team’s rhythms, elevate execution, and expand capacity so we can move faster, make better decisions, and take on the new opportunities ahead of us.
This role is about more than running product operations, it’s about building a high-performing product team that can own decisions end-to-end, drive customer impact, and partner across the business to deliver on our strategic vision.
