Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Director of Product, Workflows to own the end-to-end operational core that sources, vets, briefs, tracks, and pays thousands of creators. You will lead PMs, shape the product around AI, and define when to automate or replace manual steps, ensuring a scalable, judgment-driven workflow for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, including 2+ years leading PMs.
• Experience in broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surfaces.
• Hands-on builder who prototypes and uses AI tools.
• Experience shipping AI features into enterprise accounts with governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow end to end: Discovery to Messaging as one product.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and coach them on discovery.
• Decide what to rebuild, simplify, or delete to scale programs without headcount.
• Establish trust model with provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, and rollback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on architecture, data model, and permissions.
