SINGU in Kraków is seeking a senior Product leader to own a portfolio spanning space management, Soft FM services, and AI-enabled improvements across Europe. You will shape strategy, mentor four PMs, and directly influence what gets built to drive real outcomes.

From close customer insight to data-driven prioritization, you’ll steer discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Engineering, and external partners. This role blends leadership with hands-on product work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams and shaping roadmaps.
• Experience applying AI in product development and discovery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, performance evaluations.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and external partners to unblock revenue opportunities.
• Drive AI-powered insights and analytics to improve decision-making.
