The Company:

The Role:

The Director of Operations will oversee the advancement of the company’s operations in Poland, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall strategic objectives.

The Responsibilites:
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of the company’s strategic direction
  • Preparing and executing the operational budget
  • Overseeing the departments of Production, Technology, and Maintenance
  • Executing operational strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated, monitored, and aligned with the Group’s strategic and annual plans
  • Engaging with key stakeholders at both local and international levels
  • Tracking initiatives aimed at improving core operational KPIs
  • Driving the adoption and execution of lean principles and 5S practices
  • Leading teams by promoting motivation, cohesion, continuous development, and a collaborative work environment
The Requirements:
  • A university degree in a technical field
  • Proven experience in a comparable role with similar responsibilities, preferably within the material processing companies, where physical or chemical processes occur
  • A strong background in leading teams within a production environment
  • Solid expertise in change management and optimizing processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English (and Polish) at a fluent level
