basic salary + fixed bonus (e.g., quarterly, annual)
- You will develop scalable, maintainable frontend and middleware architectures that meet our business needs, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, integrated digital solutions that enhance user experience.
- You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to full-stack development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- You will conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code and architectural consistency, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
- You will stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending the adoption of new tools and practices to drive innovation.
- You will create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, design patterns, and guidelines, to facilitate effective knowledge sharing.
Our requirements
- Qualification: You will bring proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
- Experience: Your background includes working with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with backend expertise in Java or similar languages.
- Know-how and skills: Your expertise covers cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and event-driven architectures, enabling robust and scalable solutions.
- Nice to have: Additional skills such as German or Polish language skills, experience with Design Thinking or Agile methodologies, and advanced security knowledge are beneficial.
- Personality: You are a communicative, collaborative team player who values mentorship, approaches challenges with enthusiasm, and adapts easily to diverse teams.
- Language skills: Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German and/or Polish is a plus to support our international environment.
