Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead modernization initiatives across business and technology teams in Poland. You will analyze existing platforms, capture requirements, and translate them into epics, features, and user stories to drive transformation.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and external partners to define target solutions and migration approaches, manage the product backlog, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals.

Working across business and technology teams, you will help assess existing capabilities, understand business processes, identify requirements, and support the transition from legacy solutions to modern platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating complex environments, connecting the dots across multiple stakeholders, and turning business knowledge into actionable requirements and delivery plans.

Required Qualification

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role.

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in environments where information is distributed across many stakeholders and documentation may be incomplete.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working with communication, messaging, integration, or platform-based solutions is highly valued.
