Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Jawor seeks a Plant Coordinator in the Engineering Department to own and maintain the digital model of the Jawor plant using FAPLIS and MicroStation. You will ensure buildings, utilities, layouts, and equipment are accurately represented and kept up to date.

You will collaborate with internal users, engineering teams, safety experts, headquarters, suppliers, and service providers, coordinating changes and reporting on model quality, risks, and required decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital factory models, plant layouts, CAD-based planning, BIM, infrastructure planning.
• Strong coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and local regulations.
• Proficiency with FAPLIS and MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the digital model of the Jawor plant in FAPLIS.
• Ensure buildings, infrastructure, utility networks, production layouts, and equipment models are complete and up to date.
• Participate in infrastructure and production projects to capture changes in the plant model.
• Coordinate model updates with internal stakeholders, planners, technical and execution services, suppliers, contractors, and equipment providers.
• Review layout changes for safety standards and local regulations.
• Manage model data, interfaces, change documentation, and update processes.
• Track progress and provide status reports on model quality, changes, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
