Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Location: Remote (Outside the US)
Salary: USD$1,500/month

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience running and optimizing campaigns across paid channels. You’ll lead digital initiatives that support capital-raising campaigns in real estate, Greentech, and innovation sectors—managing everything from ad strategy and content planning to video editing and performance reporting.

If you know how to drive results through smart execution, collaborative planning, and effective messaging—and have hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Klaviyo, and Adobe Creative Suite—this role could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Content Strategy – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement messaging that aligns with business and campaign goals.
  • Ad Creative Input – Work with writers and designers to ensure copy, visuals, and strategy align with campaign performance goals.
  • AI-Enhanced Marketing – Use ChatGPT and similar tools to brainstorm ideas, generate variations, and streamline campaign execution.
  • Email & SMS Marketing – Manage campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
  • Website SEO Promotion – Support SEO strategies through digital campaigns that drive high-intent traffic and improve search visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with design, content, and project management teams to ensure cohesive and efficient marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with campaign ownership.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, targeting strategies, and campaign structure.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to support marketing efficiency and creativity.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (short-form copywriting a plus).
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Creative problem-solving and testing mindset.
  • Experience with other video editing or design tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools for performance tracking.
