Philips in Warsaw is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support D2C, marketplace, and social commerce channels, including Philips.pl, marketplaces, and TikTok Shop.

The role requires 2–3 years in e-commerce, strong data and performance mindset, and fluency in Polish with professional English. Hybrid work and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Proactive, independent and take ownership of topics from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product introductions, portfolio changes and availability across Philips.pl, marketplaces and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor product availability and e-commerce performance, address issues affecting visibility or Add to Cart.
• Support marketplace and TikTok Shop execution, including listings, promotions, campaigns and retail media activities.
• Ensure priority products have complete, accurate and channel-relevant content (descriptions, images, videos, assets).
• Track e-commerce KPIs using Allegro Analytics, Google Analytics and TikTok Shop GMV to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor retail media activities (Allegro Ads, Empik Ads) and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

The base annual salary range for this role is **108,540 PLN – 179,820 PLN gross**. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results.
