Additional Information: This position is officially based with one of our subsidiaries – FlexLink Systems Polska Sp. z o.o., while the employee will provide services to the parent company – Coesia, and its other subsidiaries, fostering collaboration across the entire group

About the Role

You will play a key role in developing and executing digital communication strategies, ensuring all content aligns with our brand’s identity. This includes improving website performance, implementing SEO strategies, and managing social media for Coesia and its subsidiaries. Main Responsibilities and Activities

• Manage Coesia and company websites to enhance brand visibility and user experience
• Drive SEO and social media activities based on editorial plans
• Monitor online performance and adjust strategies to meet communication goals
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and external agencies to refine dashboards and KPIs
• Provide digital communication support to various business divisions (websites, social media, SEO)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for integrated digital strategies
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and propose innovative improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Support FlexLink activities in Poland, particularly in sales and marketing initiatives (approx. 20% of time)

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, or related field
• Fluent/native in English and Polish (written and verbal communication)
• Proven experience in digital marketing, communications, and social media management
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CMS, SEO, online advertising, and analytics
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills for digital platforms
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and UX design principles
• Skilled in website management, and performance optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects efficiently
• Adaptable to digital trends and quick to learn new technologies
