Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support to customers.
• Operational support including LCM activities, incident resolution, implementation, reporting, and monitoring.
• Automation of operational tasks.
• Project work and supporting security processes.
• Participate in out-of-business-hours planned changes and standby on-call service as required.

Requirements

• Experience with proxy, VPN, firewall, and load balancers (enterprise solutions preferred: Checkpoint, Skyhigh, Palo Alto, F5).
• Strong network fundamentals (CCNA/CCNP knowledge level).
• Focus on security and reliability.
• At least 2 years of experience with network technologies.
• Ability to clearly express ideas, facts, and opinions.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and achieve high-quality results.

English level - B2

Preferred Skills
