Job summary

OpenTalent is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape security for a rapidly growing UK insurance leader. You will own security operations in a modern stack, drive integration across a high-growth MGA and brokerage ecosystem, and handle incident response, SIEM, and IAM hardening.

The role supports remote work or office-based in Poland, Kraków or Kielce, with a focus on cloud and Microsoft security technologies.

Qualifications

• Entra ID - Advanced
• Microsoft Defender & Microsoft Sentinel - Advanced
• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) - Advanced
• Networking Security - Regular
• Azure Security - Regular
• Zero Trust concepts - Strong knowledge
• Entra Internet Access & Private Access - Nice to have
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering or Security Enginering roles
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Security Stack including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Networking Security, Cloud Security
• Proficiency in Security practices: incident reponse, security analysis, hardening
• Experience with securing and maintaining Microsoft Stack services
• Experience with insurance infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• English at B2+ level
