Mindbox Sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a DevOps & Technology Controls Engineer to own the reliability and governance of a real-time SEPA payments platform.

You will collaborate with payments, engineering, L1 support, DBAs, and global stakeholders to ensure high availability across IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Oracle, and Kubernetes-based microservices. The role emphasizes incident management, CI/CD delivery, change control, security patching, and platform governance, with a strong focus on continuous

• Experience with large-scale payments platforms and real-time systems.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Kubernetes and Oracle.
• Ability to own reliability, changes, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability and operational excellence of complex payment infrastructure.

Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in financial services – real-time payment platforms supporting EU and UK markets.

You'll step in as a DevOps & Technology Controls Engineer, working closely with payments and engineering teams, L1 support, DBAs, and stakeholders across the globe to own the reliability, change delivery, and operational excellence of complex payment infrastructure spanning IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ, Oracle, Kubernetes microservices, and SFTP integrations. Your role will be central to platform availability, CI/CD pipelines, incident management, security patching, and service governance – not just execution.
