Job summary

Sigma Software is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a growing team of 30+ specialists in Poland. You will own and improve CI/CD pipelines, build Kubernetes-based environments, and collaborate with development teams to boost reliability and performance.

You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting in Bash or Python, plus strong Azure DevOps and security-minded practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial DevOps or Infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure and environment architecture planning
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
• Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues
• Support and maintain existing environments
• Implement infrastructure security best practices and access control
• Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure topics
• Participate in incident response and post-incident improvements
• Drive continuous improvement and new technology adoption
