Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking a DevOps Engineer for Embedded Software to join a skilled team delivering video collaboration and embedded systems software used by thousands daily.

You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with firmware and QA teams, and ensure release readiness across Android builds, Yocto, and accompanying tooling.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Bash for embedded software.
• Strong experience with embedded systems development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Familiar with Android build systems, Yocto (embedded Linux), CMake, Make.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Jira and related tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI and release build processes from component to product level.
• Develop and maintain CI-hosted automated verification and validation testing methods.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, QA, and product teams to define CI and release process requirements.
• Act as liaison between DevOps and embedded development teams to translate release goals into pipelines.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and Jira backlog grooming.
