KODA, a Polish AI solutions company, seeks a DevOps Engineer to scale our platform by hosting LLM models, automating environments, and securing the stack. You will join a close-knit, experienced team delivering AI for large enterprises and drive architecture decisions for a scalable infra.

The role emphasizes owning infrastructure, collaborating on security reviews, and optimizing environments to support growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
Strong Linux skills and proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
Kubernetes and Docker expertise.

Responsibilities

building and scaling environments for hosting LLM models
designing and streamlining CI/CD processes
developing and maintaining infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and AWS using Terraform
orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, Docker images, and the Elasticsearch environment
tracking SLA environments, alerts, and metrics
planning and periodically testing Disaster Recovery procedures
managing access control, infrastructure security, and the vulnerability management process
conducting performance testing
preparing technical documentation for clients
participating in security review meetings with clients’ security teams
