Job summary

Software Mind in Poland is seeking a DevOps-oriented developer enablement specialist to build reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and templates. The role focuses on AI-assisted and agentic engineering, to be used across engineering teams and with the Principal DevOps Engineer.

You will help implement scalable automation, maintain secure, reliable workflows, and share practical examples through documentation to empower teams adopting these capabilities globally.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and repository templates that make everyday development tasks easier.
• Build and introduce AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows on GitHub, helping teams adopt these capabilities within agreed standards.
• Work with Platforms to help build and maintain GitHub Actions runners, reusable actions and workflows.
• Work with the Principal DevOps Engineer and engineering teams to improve how GitHub is used, identify automation opportunities and simplify development.
• Keep workflows and integrations secure, reliable and maintainable, supporting updates and helping teams diagnose and resolve issues.
• Share knowledge, documentation and practical examples so teams can adopt, maintain and extend GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities.

Project – the aim you’ll have

The role will be part of Developer Enablement, building out GitHub workflows and agentic engineering capabilities for engineering teams. The focus is on developing reusable GitHub Actions workflows, actions and integrations, and bringing AI-assisted and agentic engineering into everyday development. Working with the Principal DevOps Engineer, the role will help teams adopt and get value from these capabilities.
