Job summary

Creatio, a leading AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a proactive DevOps Engineer in Poland to design, build, and automate CI/CD pipelines, and maintain internal tooling.

You will work with Python/SQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring stacks to ensure reliable services for engineering and security teams, collaborating across squads.

Qualifications

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, SQL; Groovy/PowerShell optional).
• Hands-on with containerized workloads (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Istio).
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automation for CI/CD pipelines and tests.
• Develop and maintain internal dev tools and services for engineering and security teams.
• Build and maintain advanced monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance systems.

We are looking for a proactive and technically curious DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building reliable internal infrastructure and improving engineering workflows through automation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enhance internal tools, and help ensure stable and efficient services for engineering, security, and other internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automation for CI/CD pipelines (builds, quality checks, deployments, e2e testing, performance testing, etc), enabling faster and safer releases for R&D teams.
• Develop and maintain tools and services for development teams, security teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain advanced monitoring, alerting, and fault-tolerance systems, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of issues.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, and architects to implement best practices in DevOps and automation.
