Job summary

emagine is seeking a DevOps professional in the Gdynia/Gdańsk area for a hybrid role (2-3 days in the office). You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage Linux-based platforms and containers, and automate infrastructure with modern DevOps tools. Strong English in an international setting is required.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support production environments using Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and related tech.

• Location: Gdynia/Gdańsk - hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

• Rate: up to 135 pln/h net + VAT, B2B

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment solutions.
• Manage and support Linux-based platforms and containers.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using modern DevOps tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in DevOps and production environment support.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation (Ansible, AAP, Bamboo, Jinja2, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
• Advanced Linux administration skills (Red Hat 8/9/10).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
• Good understanding of source control systems (Git).
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English in an international environment.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with messaging platforms, like IBM MQ and Apache Kafka.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, AppDynamics).
• Experience with job scheduling tools (Cron, UC4).
• Basic understanding of Java and XML.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies, including tools such as Jira or Helix.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
