Solid is seeking an experienced CI/CD Engineer in Poland to design, implement, and optimize automated build and deployment pipelines from DEV to PROD. The role focuses on system health visualization, security and compliance within CI/CD, and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Bamboo/Jenkins/Tekton/GitHub Actions, GitOps with ArgoCD, Maven, Backstage, Artifactory, Bash/Python, Linux, SQL, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Bamboo, Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions)
• Deep experience with version control systems (Bitbucket, Git)
• Proficient in Maven build tooling
• Solid understanding of GitOps and deployment automation (ArgoCD)
• Experience with internal developer platforms (Backstage)
• Familiarity with artifact repositories (Artifactory)
• Scripting in Bash/PowerShell/Python
• Experience with Linux OS
• Experience with SQL databases and DB operations (Oracle preferred)
• Docker and Kubernetes (including K8s variants)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all existing pipelines run smoothly as part of CI/CD daily life
• Design and implement automated build and deployment pipelines across environments
• Design and implement visualization of system health and deployment status
• Participate in internal team status calls, planning events, and knowledge sharing
• Take part in final dress rehearsals, go-live and production migrations after business hours or weekends
• Collaborate with other experts and managers when troubleshooting pipelines or planning improvements
• Ensure security and compliance in the CI/CD process
• Document processes and provide training to team members

• Participateinfinaldressrehearsals,releasegoliveevents,andmigrationeventsinProductionafterbusinesshoursorduringweekends
• Co-operatewithotherexpertsandmanagersinownandotherteamswhentroubleshootingissuesinthepipelines,orplanningsomenewimprovements
• EnsuresecurityandcomplianceintheCI/CDprocess
